Our direct support staff (often referred to as Attendants) assist our clients with tasks such as personal care (bathing, dressing, toileting), meal preparation, grocery shopping, household upkeep and community outings. They may also help with medication administration, mobility exercises and other health-related duties.
We have a licensed Marriage and Family Therapist on staff who provides support to our clients that experience behavioral and/or mental health challenges. She works closely with our clients, their family members and staff to create behavior plans and offer support and guidance.
